Our client provides general Facilities Maintenance and Construction project work to the commercial sector as well as facilities maintenance services to the Public Sector and Private Sector at multiple sites. This role is based primarily in the Paris area, working on a Secure contract.

How Much You Can Earn Per Month?

This is a Single-site position where you have the potential to earn a between €23-30k.

The position :

As the Small Works Manager you will have the responsibility of the compliance, assisting the estates team, and the customers that arrive. You will be able to speak English and French to a working level. You will be Looking to Relocate yourself or are currently living in Paris!

Manager inventory day in and out

Maintain record or Furniture, fittings and Sundry items

Issue manual movement of furniture to allocated areas

Strong Client Management

Ability to speak French / English to a working level

Ability to obtain SC clearance
